Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping (Transit) Time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing Time: The time required to custom-print, quality-check, and pack your order, typically 2-7 working days depending on the product.
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your address after dispatch, depending on the shipping method and destination.

While the estimated shipping times above apply to most orders, exact transit times depend on your specific region and final mile delivery conditions:
For US Orders:
- Major Cities & Urban Areas: Shipments typically arrive on the faster end of the estimated delivery window, such as around 7 working days for Standard US Shipping.
- Suburban & Rural Areas: Standard delivery times apply, but depending on your local postal routing, it may take the full estimated timeframe to arrive, such as up to 10 working days for Standard US Shipping.
- Non-Contiguous States & Territories: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and other non-contiguous territories will require an additional 5-10 working days for transit.
For Global & International Orders:
- Major International Cities: Deliveries to central metropolitan hubs and urban areas generally arrive on the faster end of the estimated delivery window.
- Provincial & Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural areas, smaller provinces, or island territories may require an additional 5-10 working days due to extended postal routing and regional customs processing.
3. Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner with top-tier global and domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and YunExpress, to ensure your packages are delivered safely.
- Tracking Number: Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- System Update: Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system.
- Monitoring: You can click the link in your email at any time to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with a total value over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD or for expedited methods, the following base rates apply:

Note: We do not charge any additional or hidden fees for oversized items or remote delivery areas.
5. Important Attention Points
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid failed deliveries. PO Boxes are not accepted for expedited shipping.
- International Orders (Customs & Duties): For AU and Other Countries, local customs clearance processes may impact and delay estimated delivery times. Local taxes and import duties are the customer's responsibility.
- Lost/Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance with a reshipment or refund.

- Do you deliver internationally? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that local rules, taxes, and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
- Are there shipping restrictions? We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, and expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries.
- What happens if my order is delayed? If your order has not arrived within 30 days for clothing or 45 days for other items, contact us for a free replacement or full refund.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses? Unfortunately, orders cannot be split into multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different destination addresses.
