We create made-to-order clothing, accessories, car accessories, and home & garden products inspired by identities, causes, beliefs, relationships, communities, and everyday passions. Orders are fulfilled for customers in the United States, Australia, and other supported international destinations.

Funo is the creative spark of Funolo — full of curiosity, imagination and heart. Funo stands for creativity, self-expression and the joy of connecting people through art, and turns up as a guide, a creator and a companion: in a welcome email, in an order confirmation, on the packaging your order arrives in, and in the corners of the site where a little help goes further than a form.
Funo is not a salesperson. There is no pressure, no countdown and no upsell attached to Funo — that is deliberate, and it is the reason Funo can be trusted to show up in the friendly moments.

When Funo steps back
On memorial, illness and awareness designs Funo is switched off: support, solidarity and remembrance, never humour or urgency. The product decides, not the channel.

Each design starts from a meaning — a cause, a community, a family, a passion — rather than a trend. If a design does not say something specific, we do not list it.

Products are made after an order is placed rather than produced as large batches of finished inventory. This made-to-order model helps us offer a broader range of designs and product options.

We work with third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners. The production location can vary by product, availability, and delivery destination.

On memorial, illness and awareness designs we use language of support and remembrance. No countdowns, no scarcity messaging, no urgency attached to someone's loss or diagnosis.
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of $100 or more. Delivery time depends on the destination and the service selected.

What made-to-order means for your order
We would rather explain the process clearly before you order. Most Funolo products are made after purchase, so production happens before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

You order
Placing an order sends the item into production. Where possible, fulfillment is routed according to product availability, production capability, and your delivery destination.
Step 02
We produce it
Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product category. This happens before shipping starts, so it is additional to the delivery estimate.
Step 03
It ships to you
Tracking is emailed once the parcel is dispatched. Customs clearance, remote addresses and carrier delays can move the date, so we do not promise one we cannot control.
How we source and ship
Production
Printing, finishing, and fulfillment are handled through third-party production partners. The facility used for an order may vary by product, production capacity, availability, and destination.
Dispatch
Tracking is issued after dispatch. If you need to change an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order's production and fulfillment status.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more. Full rates, zones and timeframes are set out in our shipping policy.

Production time is listed separately from shipping time. Two to seven business days to make, then shipping on top. No blended estimate.

Our made-to-order model reduces the need to keep large quantities of finished inventory and helps us offer a wider range of designs.

Where a listing shows a digital rendering rather than a photograph of the printed piece, it says so.
Answer every message
A person replies, including when the answer is that your parcel is late and we are still chasing the carrier.

Where is Funolo based?

Products are made and fulfilled through third-party production partners, and the production location varies by product, availability, and delivery destination.
Why does my order take longer than a normal shop?
Because the item is made after you order it. Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the product, and shipping time is added on top. Delivery time also depends on the destination and the shipping service you choose.
Do you hold stock?
No. Every item is printed to order, which is also why we cannot offer same-day dispatch.
When do I get tracking?
As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Until then the order is in production and there is nothing for a carrier to track.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
