  • Request a return, refund, exchange, or replacement;

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to make our products and services available.

Funolo does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

If you affirmatively opt in to SMS marketing, Funolo may send recurring promotional, abandoned-checkout, order, or customer-service text messages.

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP. Where supported, reply HELP for assistance.

After opting out of marketing, you may continue to receive non-promotional communications concerning orders, payments, shipping, security, customer support, or legal matters.
