Refund policy

We have a strict 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

1. Return Window & General Eligibility

As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, each product is custom-made specifically for you once you place an order. We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within this timeframe, and the item must strictly comply with the physical condition requirements outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Mandatory Condition of Returned Items

To successfully qualify for a return and refund, the physical item must strictly meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unused & Unworn: The item must be in the exact pristine condition that you received it. It must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • No Damage or Odors: The item must be completely free of stains, makeup marks, deodorant stains, pet hair, and any abnormal odors (such as smoke, perfume, or detergent).
  • Original Tags & Packaging: All original manufacturer tags must still be securely attached to the product. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order confirmation email, or valid proof of purchase along with your request.

* Note: If a returned item is inspected and found to violate any of these mandatory conditions, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow our return process below:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact us at support@funolo.us to request a return. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and the specific reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos of the issue.

Step 2: Send the Item Back & Return Shipping Costs

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is 100% responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time: We will process your approved refund within 30 business days after receiving your returned item.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items (with custom names/photos) and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards unless they arrive defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must strictly meet the conditions in Section 2 (unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
